Walter Boyce Rider of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away on December 4, 2017 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Walter was born on June 23, 1935 in Gracemont, Oklahoma to Austin Bigelow and Valonia Rider (Ellis). He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army.
