Steven Craig Holt passed away on April 14, 2021 in Norman Oklahoma.  He was born in Enid Oklahoma on July 29, 1949 to CD and Kathryn Phillips Holt.  Steve graduated from Palo Duro High School in Amarillo, Texas in 1968.  He worked as an auditor in the oil and gas industry until retirement in 2016.

Steve loved working with the love of his life Lisa Diane Holt, he also loved traveling and spending time with his dogs.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Denise Nottingham, his twin brother Douglas Allen Holt and his mother and father.  He is survived by his brother Charles David Holt, son Erin and Erin’s three children as well as Denise’s son Jake.
