Stephen K. Miller, 63 years old, passed away on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 in a loving community at Grace Living Care.
He was born to Inez Miller and James William Miller on July 11, 1955, at Medical Center Hospital in Tyler, Texas.
He had a son, Jacob Miller, and daughter in law Praew Miller. He was married to Velma Miller, May, 8th, 2008
He was always proud of being part of the Victory Church; Freedom Ministry Group dedicated to helping others who struggle with overcoming personal obstacles. More importantly, this group helped him become his better self.
