Russell Mark Schlagal Passed away on on January 7, 2018. He was born on December 10,1961.  Russell Mark Schlagal  was the son of John and Helen Schlagal. He worked as a Project Manager in the Insurance Industry. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy.
