Ronald was born in Avon, Illinois on July 20, 1935 to Roy & Frances Ray (Larson).
After earning his Bachelors Degree, Ronald joined the U.S. Air Force & worked as an aircraft maintenence support. He retired as the rank of Chief Master Sergeant.
