Roderick Phillips passed away on April 10, 2018 in Norman, Oklahoma with his loving family by his side. He was born on January 4, 1953 in Wichita, Kansas he is the son of Mansfield and Florence Phillips (Kinchin). He proudly served in the United States Air Force.
