Robert was born on May 30, 1929 in East Peoria, Illinois to Earnest & Caroline Kelso (Fletcher). In 1952, Robert joined the U.S. Army & earned the rank of PFC at time of retirement.
After Robert retired from the Army, Robert worked as a mechanic in the transportation industry.
