Richard Allen Barrett passed away on December 8, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the VA medical center. He was born on October 8, 1957 in Manila, Arkansas he is the son of James and Margaret Barrett. Richard worked in the health care industry for many years after his time in the Navy. He leaves behind many family and friends.
