Madison Olivia Welch, born May 12, 1995, in Oklahoma City, passed away on September 20, 2026.

Madison had a rare kind of cleverness — the kind that could get people on her side without them even realizing it. She could talk you into agreeing with her, make you laugh while doing it, and leave you wondering how she managed to win you over so effortlessly. Her teasing was her love language; if she picked on you, it meant you were hers. She had a way of making people feel seen, understood, and included, often through humor that was both quick and warm.

Her loved ones share countless memories of childhood shenanigans with her sisters and cousins. Madison was always at the center of the mischief, finding a way into trouble but somehow escaping unscathed every time.

In the last years of her life, Madison’s relationship with God grew stronger as she walked through recovery with courage and honesty. Her faith became a source of peace and grounding, and those close to her witnessed a beautiful transformation.

Madison leaves behind her four children, whom she loved dearly and devoted herself to throughout her life.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
