Lyna Gale Yott

Lyna Gale Yott passed away on May 16, 2021 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Lyna was a resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma and a member of the Citizen of Potawatomi Nation. She was born May 25, 1971 in New Braunfels, Texas the daughter of Andrew Yott and Mary (Hudson) Yott. She was a graduate of East Central College in Ada, Oklahoma. She worked as a case manager for the Texas Youth Commission. Her passions were working with young people and helping others.

Lyna is survived by an aunt Karen Odell, an uncle, cousins, Ronnie Lewis,  2 step daughters, Shray Lewis, Vonnie Lewis, and one grand child. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation for all of the thoughts, prayers, and condolences. Lyna was loved by so many and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
