Lisa Diane Gardner Holt passed away on April 19, 2021 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born in Dallas, Texas on November 2, 1956 to Max and Naza Lee Gardner.  Lisa graduated from Amarillo High, Amarillo Texas 1976.

Lisa was a legal secretary for many years until she and Steve married. Steve taught Lisa the trade of Auditing in the oil and gas industry.  They loved traveling together and working together while growing their business for many years.

Lisa was preceded in death by her husband Steven Craig Holt, step-daughter Denise Nottingham, brother Tommy William Curtis and her mother Naza Lee Coats.  Lisa is survived by her sister Shari Kay Gunzelman and brother Terry Curtis.
