Kelsey Anne Windham was born on December 28, 1987 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kels, beloved wife of Dr. Christian Windham, rose to heaven on July 7, 2015. She is survived by her parents, Kathleen (Ryan) & James Folmar of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, her “sissy”, Kristen Folmar of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, her mother & father-in-law Renea & Dahl Windham of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, sister & brother-in-law Ashley & Kyle Wittrock, niece Kinley & God-son Knox of Edmond, Oklahoma, along with her maternal “grammy” Carol A. In our hearts, Kelsey is a bright star in our universe. Kelsey was the most beautiful wife, daughter, sister and friend to many. Kelsey’s beautiful smile and bright eyes pierced every soul she met.
