Justin Ray Mills was born October 22nd, 1974 in Pasadena, Texas to Bruce and Norma Mills. He went to his heavenly home on November 20th, 2022 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 48. Justin and Eulalia were married on October 5th, 2002 in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Justin grew up in the Kingston area. He worked as a delivery driver for Indian Nation Wholesale until his early retirement in 2017. In his spare time he loved to fish and build things for his kids. He enjoyed being a part of the Christian Motorcyclist Association (CMA) even though his wife didn’t like him riding one, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his father Bruce Mills of Texas, his wife of twenty years Eulalia Mills, his two daughters Kalei Mills and Rylee Mills, and his son Jaden Mills, all of Pauls Valley.  He is also survived by his two cousins Mike Shipley and wife Cindy of Kingston, Carl Shipley and wife Kelli of Blanchard, and multiple nieces and nephews.

Justin was preceded in death by his grandfather Pete Shipley, grandmother Clara Shipley, mother Norma Mills, brother Raymond Mills, and uncle Carol Shipley.
