Judy Diann Briones-Torres

May 24, 1965 — June 7, 2026

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Judy Diann Briones Toress (1965–2026) lived loud, loved hard, and cooked like she was feeding an army. She is survived by her husband Gabriel, her mom Faye, and her siblings David, Ricky, and Gina. She is reunited in heaven with her brother Stevie. Her three daughters Anna (with her husband Roland), Jennifer (with her husband Juan), and Mona (with her husband Esteban) keep her love alive in their hearts and in the families they’ve built. She was also blessed with nine grandchildren and one precious great‑grandbaby girl who already had her wrapped around her tiny finger.

Judy was beautiful inside and out, with a heart that stretched wide enough to hold her whole family. She loved casinos, baking cakes, country and Mexican music, and she enjoyed her little moments of relaxation in her own way. She also loved tending to her garden, watching butterflies drift through the yard, and spending time with her loyal dog, Chispas, who never left her side. And if you ever sat at her table, you knew she loved food just as much as she loved the people she shared it with. DoorDash became her new obsession, and she ordered like the app was made just for her.

Her home was the place everyone returned to for huge Thanksgiving dinners, Easter Sundays full of laughter, and plates so full they could barely be carried. Feeding people wasn’t just something she did; it was how she showed love. She made sure no one ever left hungry, and somehow, she always knew exactly what your favorite dish was.

She was sweet, loving, and kind‑hearted, but she also carried a fire that made her unforgettable. Judy was bold, quick‑witted, and never someone you could push around. She protected the people she loved fiercely and kept everyone laughing even on the hardest days.

Her love, her fire, and her humor will stay with us forever in the meals she taught us to make, the stories we’ll keep telling, and the warmth she poured into every single person lucky enough to know her.
