Johnny Dean Lowe
Johnny Dean Lowe passed away on Sunday February 11, 2018 at his home in Harrah, Oklahoma with his loving wife and family by his side. Johnny was born on February 28, 1945 in Bramide, Oklahoma. He is the son of Carlos an Idella Lowe (Taylor). Johnny worked for the U.S. Civil Service.
He was loved by so many and will be missed by so many.
