James Monroe Bullard of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away on August 9, 2020 at his home with loving family by his side. James was born on May 12, 1946 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is the son of Junior Bullard and Lois Osborne (Siler). James worked as a Principle Finance Analyst in the medical field. He was cherished by so many and will be missed by all.
