Francisco “Cisco” Jesus Serna
On Sunday, August 23, 2020, Francisco “Cisco” Jesus Serna, 22, loving son and devoted brother, passed from this world into the loving arms of God.
Cisco was born on October 17, 1997 in San Bernardino, CA to Christy Villa. The family moved around the country, but settled in Oklahoma City in 2010. Cisco graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 2017. He excelled in ROTC and was highly decorated for his efforts. Cisco went on to the University of Oklahoma with an interest in Criminology. He enlisted in the Army and was heavily involved in the ROTC program at OU.
Cisco was such an amazing young man, smart, creative and charismatic with a smile that would light up a room. He was a disciplined, dedicated and hardworking individual that put others interests in front of his own. Cisco loved to kid around, the more he liked you, the more he teased you. A rock for his family and friends, his common sense and level headedness made him someone they could unquestionably count on. Cisco was always attempting to better himself and was like a sponge absorbing information and without hesitation, he implemented what he learned. He listened, asked questions and was grateful for the people who invested in him. He desired to make a difference and leave a legacy. His motto was “Spread peace, love and positivity.”
Cisco was a talented and accomplished photographer who was always willing to share his talent to benefit others. When he needed a release and to think things through, he loved to take long runs. Cisco adored his weekend rides with his motorcycle group. Even though his passing is very difficult on those who knew and loved him, we are comforted to know that he left this earth doing something that he loved.
Cisco is survived by his mother Christy Villa, his partner Chelcy Giron and their unborn child, sister Rebeca Villa, his brothers Pascual Villa and Ramiro Beltan, and his friend/mentor Larry Augustus along with numerous relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements are pending.

My prayers for the family. Cisco was an amazing example of a JUST man who set an example of the virtues of live and patience. His leadership in the JROTC program at NW Classen was beyond exemplary He did great things and dedicated his time for me and the program I can say that I was blessed to have the privilege to meet and get to know him. Heaven has gained an Angel. May god bless the family.

Cisco Serna my man, my brother. From the day you came into my life we had an instant bond, a friendship that was unbreakable. You brought a smile, a personality, a light into my life that was just so special. Brother we lived, we we joked, laughed and WE RODE. You pushed me, you challenged me, you made me better on 2 wheels and that’s something only a few of us will understand. I’m so grateful for the time we got to spend together, thank you for the amazing memories. You made an everlasting impact on me, you will always be loved and missed.
“It’s kinda hard with you not around
