Francis Ruth Williams of Noble, Oklahoma passed away May 29, 2017. She was born in Mulberry, Arkansas on December 2, 1954. Francis is the daughter of Thomas Douglas and Helen Lavern Edgins (Stanley). She worked as a cashier. Francis is loved deeply by those who knew her and will be missed by all.
