Dusty Eugene “Skeeter” Laws

Dusty Eugene Laws, known to many as “Skeeter”, born March 30th 1985, passed away on July 4th 2019 surrounded by his closest loved ones. Dusty passed from injuries sustained after a tragic car crash days prior.  

A devoted son, brother, father, uncle and friend; Dusty is remembered for his fun-loving spirit and his huge heart. 

Dusty was a skilled and accomplished electrician. In his off-time, he was the first to gather friends and loved ones together for a good time. From bonfires to barbecues, Dusty was always the life of the party. 

Above all else, Dusty’s greatest joys in life were his three children: Alli, Bradyn and Airi. 

He is survived by all three of his children, his mother; Nellie Herrera, his siblings; Andrea Laws, Justin Herrera and Brittany Herrera, as well as his four nieces and three nephews who he cared for dearly. 

From now on, the 4th of July will be celebrated by family and friends in Dusty’s honor. It was his favorite holiday and he will live on in the spirit of remembrance for years to come. We ask that you keep Dusty’s loved ones in your thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
