Cindy Lynn Stuart passed away at the age of 59 on April 7, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Cindy was born in Jacksonville, Florida to her parents Morris Francis Jr and Norma Digenova (Neal) on October 4, 1960. Cindy was a Manager at the establishment she worked at. She will be missed by all.
