Breyjanna Rose Locke

Jul 24, 1987 — Aug 12, 2026

Norman, Oklahoma

Our beautiful daughter, Breyjanna Rose Locke, passed away on August 11, 2026. She lived many lives in her short 39 years and was known for her kindness, bubbly personality, empathy, and endless sense of humor. She was a shining light to all those who knew her, whether it was as daughter, sister, friend, or simply a kind face greeting someone walking into the hotel she managed. Her motto and what she would ask for all of us moving forward was to “make kindness a habit.”

Breyjanna had a thirst for knowledge, spending hours researching topics and history she was interested in. She was always excited to share what she learned with those around her. Breyjanna also had a passion for storytelling through poetry, books, films, music, anime, and video games. She was in the process of writing a book and making a video game to share pieces of her creativity with the world. She could quote any of her favorite movies word-for-word and routinely talked about books or video games for hours on end.

Breyjanna is survived by parents Vickie and Tim Locke, siblings Trevor, Baylie, and Cheyanne Locke, a son, Kellen Hamilton, and countless friends. Breyjanna was preceded in death by too many family members and friends who we know greeted her with open arms at Heaven’s gates.

Breyjanna will be cremated, then a memorial service will be held at Castle Falls in Oklahoma City on August 24, 2026 at 2pm. Breyjanna always said she wanted her life to be celebrated and not mourned - feel free to wear bright colors and be ready to share stories celebrating the impact she had on all those around her. Flowers can be sent to the funeral home, Oklahoma City Cremation, prior to the service. We are also asking for donations to a charity Breyjanna was passionate about, “The Trevor Project.”

Breyjanna, “I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, as long as I’m living, my baby you’ll be.”
